We can help make change happen
International multi-disciplinary law firm Walker Morris, approached SoVibrant to assist in the refurbishment of its client facing areas within its headquarters at Kings Court, Leeds. The scheme was to reflect the success and professionalism of the organisation whilst modernising what had become a tired and dated interior. The new layout was to introduce modern working practices and facilitate the creation of several meeting styles from casual informal meetings through to more traditional formal meeting spaces.
To deliver a scheme that opened up the ground floor reception area to provide a more user-friendly space and created a tangible sense of ‘arrival’. The scope of the project also extended to the common circulation spaces, meeting suite, toilets and a small pilot office area.
To deliver a scheme that illustrated the professionalism and forward thinking nature of the organisation.
The stunning new reception and entrance lounge now offers a spacious modern environment for both visitors and staff. The comfortable informal meeting area means staff can now hold in-house or external meetings and seminars, rather than booking a formal meeting room. To test the business’ appetite for an open working space, a small office pilot was also developed, which has also been deemed a huge success.
