Background

As the UK’s designated ‘Universal Postal Service Provider’, operating in changing markets, Royal Mail is implementing a ‘world class’ mail modernisation programme. After a great deal of internal change, Royal Mail has made a significant investment in modernising its Mount Pleasant site, which remains at the heart of Royal Mail’s operations in London.

The Challenge

To create an authentic and engaging Royal Mail brand experience for visitors and staff across the newly refurbished building.

To develop an interior graphics scheme focusing on iconic national and local landmarks and celebrating the human interactions enabled by Royal Mail, connecting the business to its customer base in an exciting and engaging way.

The Results

Considered to be Royal Mail’s flagship refurbishment project, SoVibrant has raised brand engagement levels and helped to revitalise a true British icon. The Mount Pleasant project has been deemed to be such a success that SoVibrant has been commissioned to work on additional phases within the site and expand the development into more mail centres across the country.

As part of our world class mail modernisation programme, SoVibrant have helped us to revitalise our iconic Mount Pleasant site by providing a unique and eye-catching experience of our brand, helping to create a fantastic place for staff to work and delivering an outstanding visitor experience. Feedback has been excellent and we look forward to working with them in the future – Paul Steel – Royal Mail Operations
